Our Story

At Cow Identification Leg Straps, we are dedicated to providing dairy farmers with premium leg straps that enhance cow identification. Our mission is to simplify the tracking process during milk recording, improving farm efficiency and productivity.

In our dairy farm we milk record 4 times per year. For the cows that weren't freeze branded, we regularly found ourselves climbing up onto the bars to get their ear tag number. We found this very dangerous and slowed down the milk recording process considerably. We identified the need for an easy identification system. That's when we developed the leg strap. We tested the product for 2 years and found it very satisfactory as they didn't come loose and the print didn't fade. Naturally, they got dirty with farm conditions but were easily cleaned before milk recording.
